Is there a free trial?

Yes. New merchants get their first month of in-person payments free — you do not pay the €20 for that month. After the free month it is €20 per month with 0% per sale. The free month applies to in-person payments only; online checkout is priced separately at 1% + €0.25 per transaction.

Is the €20 plan really unlimited?

Yes. The in-person plan does not add a Zahlo percentage or fixed fee to each sale.

Do I pay €20 for online checkout too?

No. Online checkout has no monthly Zahlo subscription. It is priced at 1% + €0.25 per successful transaction.

Can I use both products?

Yes. Businesses that sell in person and online can use both from the same merchant account and dashboard.

Does Zahlo replace my register?

No. Your existing till remains responsible for official receipts and German register compliance. Zahlo records only Zahlo payments.
