Zahlo prepares the bank-payment details. In person, the customer shows their bank confirmation and the merchant marks the Zahlo payment as paid. Online, the order can confirm through the checkout integration.

The in-person app sits beside the existing till. The till remains responsible for the official receipt and German register compliance.

Create the payment

In person, select quick products or enter the total from your till. Online, the store sends the order total. Zahlo creates a unique payment reference.

Move it to the bank

In person, the customer scans an EPC QR. Online, they select Zahlo and open their bank on mobile, or scan a QR from desktop.

Customer confirms

Their banking app shows your business, IBAN, amount and reference. They approve using the security already provided by their bank.

Record the outcome

In person, the customer shows bank confirmation and the merchant taps Mark as Paid. Online, the checkout integration updates the order. Zahlo stores the payment record.
