One bank payment, two sales channels
Zahlo prepares the bank-payment details. In person, the customer shows their bank confirmation and the merchant marks the Zahlo payment as paid. Online, the order can confirm through the checkout integration.
From amount to payment record
The in-person app sits beside the existing till. The till remains responsible for the official receipt and German register compliance.

In person, the customer scans an EPC QR. Online, they select Zahlo and open their bank on mobile, or scan a QR from desktop.
Their banking app shows your business, IBAN, amount and reference. They approve using the security already provided by their bank.
In person, the customer shows bank confirmation and the merchant taps Mark as Paid. Online, the checkout integration updates the order. Zahlo stores the payment record.
In-person payments
Run Zahlo beside your existing till. Select products or enter an amount, show the QR, check the customer's confirmation and mark the Zahlo payment as paid.
Online checkout
Add Zahlo beside your current payment methods. Customers approve a direct bank payment and your order confirms automatically.
Where the money goes
The customer approves a bank transfer to the merchant IBAN encoded in the payment request. Zahlo does not hold funds or provide a merchant settlement account.
